VLI - Hawaii
Each January, we host a multi-day conference centered around growing the knowledge and skills of credit union governance, and providing a forum for learning, networking, sharing best practices and a lot of fun.
CUNA ERM School
In partnership with CUNA, we have offered the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Certification School since 2012, with approximately 750 professionals having completed the school and earned the Credit Union Risk Management Expert (CUERME) designation.
CUNA GAC
We sponsor and participate in CUNA’s Governmental Affairs Conference which brings together leaders from across the country to share challenges and speak with lawmakers about the needs of the credit union industry.
Annual Conference
We sponsor and participate in the ACUIA annual conference, which focuses on education and development of credit union auditing and risk professions. Throughout the conference, a range of speakers share an in-depth look at best practices for risk compliance, auditing and more.
CUNA & ACUIA Internal Audit Certification School
We participate in CUNA & ACUIA’s Internal Audit Certification School. This event allows auditors to expand their skillset and offers a chance to earn the Certified Credit Union Internal Auditor (CCUIA) designation.
Annual Leadership Conference
We’re speaking at MACUMA’s 64th Annual Leadership Conference in September. MACUMA brings together industry leaders from across the country to network, discuss the latest credit union trends and offer insights on navigating the financial and consumer marketplaces.
Regulatory Compliance Certification School
We present at and participate in CUNA’s Regulatory Compliance Certification School, which brings together leaders from across the country to learn the fundamentals of credit union compliance. There, attendees can earn their Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) designation.
Management School
We present at CUNA’s Management School, which has prepared more than 5,000 credit union professionals from across the country to take on an executive-level career. After three years of completing program curriculum, attendees earn their Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation.
Network Conference
We attend the NACUSO Network Conference, which brings together credit unions, CUSOs, entrpreneurs and more to collaborate through innovative solutions for the credit union movement.
Risk & Compliance Council Conference
In partnership with CUNA, we introduced the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Leadership Institute in 2017. Now the Risk & Compliance Council Conference, this serves to educate senior leadership, audit and compliance officers, board members and supervisory committee members on the practice of GRC and the impact it can have on an organization.
